If you are in NYC, you should make your way to the New Museum and see Dorothy Iannone’s solo show, Lioness.
It’s really amazing.

This pic: a very Dacia vacation.
Me, Sadie Lune, a sandwich, and her cervix on display.
Taken at the Schwarzer Kanal queer squat in Berlin.
200 plus pics of my adventures in Berlin and Amsterdam are on my Flickr stream (you have to be logged in to flickr to see, since my account is labled unsafe - can’t image why).
Saw Paul McCarthy’s Air Pressure pieces in Utrecht today: http://airpressure.nl
Sometimes contemporary art is really really dumb.
But also very funny.
It was weird to come across these giant balloons - pigs and poop and bottles of things - throughout the Utrecht botanic garden.
I’ve got a new collaborative project: a monthly reading series called Sex Worker Literati, which debuts at Happy Ending On Thursday, August 6th and will happen ever first Thursday of the month going forward. The first reading stars Candye Kane, Molly Crabapple, Jodi Sh. Doff, Juliana Piccillo, Bo Winberg, and more!
And that fabulous picture? It’s by Sinead McCarthy, aka Baby Sinead, who was one of the Speak Up! participants in April.
The details:
